J&K HC Upholds NHRC Order Holding Government Vicariously Liable for Lapses of Drug Dept - 08.03.2021

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has upheld an order of the National Human Rights Commission, holding the Government vicariously liable for lapses on part of its Drugs Department, in keep a regular vigil on the contents of drugs being offered for sale.
