Delhi HC Stays PCI Communication Barring Govt Agencies from Advertising in Hindustan Media - 08.03.2021

Delhi High Court has stayed a communication issued by the Press Council of India (PCI) to the Government Departments, which had effectively barred all Government agencies from placing advertisements in the newspapers owned by Hindustan Media Ventures Ltd.
