Delhi HC Directs Centre to State Details of Budget for Health in Past 5 Years - 08.03.2021

Delhi High Court has directed the Centre to state on affidavit its budget for health in the last 5 years in a petition for children suffering from rare diseases like Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), Hunter's syndrome, et al and if any unused budget can be used for the treatment of the petitioners or development of therapies for treatment of rare diseases.
