Supreme Court Urges Centre to Create Additional Courts for Section 138 NI Act - 05.03.2021

Supreme Court has urged the Central Government to consider the establishment of additional courts to deal with the "grotesque" problem of pendency of cheque dishonour cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
