SC Stays Bombay HC Judgment Setting Aside Reservation of Wards in Goa Municipal Councils - 05.03.2021

Supreme Court has stayed the Bombay High Court judgment setting aside a notification issued by the Director and ex-officio Additional Secretary (Municipal Administration)/ Urban Development, Goa reserving wards in Goa Municipal Councils.
