J&K High Court Seeks Centre's Response on Functioning of Armed Forces Tribunal in Jammu - 05.03.2021

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has sought response from the Central Government on functioning of the Armed Forces Tribunal in Jammu. The Court has granted four weeks' time to the Assistant Solicitor General, Vishal Sharma, to file a counter affidavit in the matter.
