MP HC: Commercial Matters can Only be Heard by Commercial Court of Status of DJ/ADJ - 04.03.2021

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that commercial matters involving Arbitration disputes can only be heard by Commercial Court of the status of District Judge/DJ or Additional District Judge/ADJ.
