Jammu and Kashmir High Court: No One can be Booked Under PSA on Old Grounds - 04.03.2021

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has reiterated that a person cannot be put under preventive detention on the grounds which formed the basis of an earlier order that has either expired or has been quashed by the court.
