SC Dismisses Plea Against Ex-J&K CM Farooq Abdullah for Remarks on Article 370 - 03.03.2021

Supreme Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation seeking action against former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Farooq Abdullah, for his comments on abrogation of Article 370 of the Constitution of India, 1949.
