Madras HC Observes Need to Stop Illegal Mining and Avoid Depletion of Minerals - 03.03.2021

Madras High Court has observed that there was a need for compliance with Section 23 C of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in order to stop illegal mining and avoid depletion of minerals in the State.
