SC: Proceedings u/s 34 Arbitration Act Also Covered by Moratorium Under Section 14 IBC - 03.03.2021

Supreme Court has observed that an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to set aside an award is covered by moratorium under Section 14 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
