SC Dismisses Plea Seeking Allocation of Separate Funds for Judiciary - 03.03.2021

Supreme Court has dismissed for non prosecution a Public Interest Litigation filed seeking directions for allocation of separate and adequate funds for Judiciary, when Counsels failed to appear even on a second call.
