Karnataka HC Suggests State to Ascertain Scheme for Benefit of Advocates - 03.03.2021

Karnataka High Court has suggested the State government to convene a meeting of officer bearers of Bar Association, State government officials, LIC and four public sector Insurance companies including New Indian Insurance company, to ascertain whether a scheme can be evolved for the benefit of Advocates, as was done by the Delhi Government last year.
