Bombay HC Sets Aside Notifications Reserving Wards in Goa Municipal Councils - 03.03.2021

Bombay High Court has quashed reservations made in Municipal Councils of Sanguem, Mormugao, Mapusa, Margao and Quepem in Goa. The Court has directed the state to issue a fresh notification ensuring reservations for women and other communities to ensure that the process is completed by 15 April 2021.
