Karnataka HC Stays Polls to Chittapur Taluk Panchayat - 04.02.2016

Karnataka HC has stayed election process which has already begun in Chittapur Taluk Panchayat of Kalaburagi district and imposed a stiff fine on counsel of State Election Commission for remaining absent when the case came up for hearing in the court.
