Calcutta HC Disposes of PIL Raising Apprehension Over Conduction of Free and Fair Election - 02.03.2021

Calcutta High Court has disposed of a Public Interest Litigation that raised apprehension over conducting free and fair election in the State of West Bengal. The Court has noted in its order that it is within the domain of the Election Commission of India to ensure a free and fair election in the constituencies, where a notification has been issued by the Election Commission of India.
