SC Refuses to Extend Bail of Prisoners Released to Decongest Prisons During Covid-19 - 02.03.2021

Supreme Court has refused to extend the bail of the prisoners who were released last year to decongest jails in Delhi due to the outbreak of Covid-19 stating that there was no need for an extension given that the pandemic is under control.
