Gujarat HC Confirms Stay on Vimal Dairy Ltd from Using Label on Grounds of Copyright Infringement - 02.03.2021

Gujarat High Court has confirmed a lower Court’s interim order restraining Vimal Dairy Ltd from using its label for tea because the owners of Wagh Bakri brand had objected to it, claiming infringement on copyrights.
