Gujarat HC Issues Notice to AM/NS India Over Non-Compliance of Order - 01.03.2021

Gujarat High Court has issued a notice to the Hazira-based steel company, ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel (AM/NS) India after a Public Interest Litigation was filed by Biran Padhya, a wildlife activist, over the alleged non-compliance of an order issued by the Union environment ministry.
