Bombay HC: Order Under Prevention of Corruption Act to Demonstrate Application of Mind - 25.02.2021

Bombay High Court has ruled that an order granting permission or sanction to prosecute an individual under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 must demonstrate that the Sanctioning Authority has applied his mind and not passed the order "mechanically".
