SC Dismisses Plea Challenging Handing Over of Records of Desecration of Guru Granth Sahib - 25.02.2021

Supreme Court has dismissed the challenge to the Punjab and Haryana High Court's direction to the Central Bureau of Investigation to hand over all case diaries and papers related to the 2015 sacrilege incidents, including alleged desecration of Guru Granth Sahib, to the Punjab Police within a month.
