Delhi HC: Give Prisoners Choice Between Video Conferencing & Physical Appearance - 24.02.2021

Delhi High Court has asked Director General Prisons, Delhi, while hearing a petition filed by Pinjra Tod activists Natasha Narwal and Devangana Kalita, to consider giving prisoners the choice between being produced before the Courts physically or through video conferencing.
