Madras HC: Only Senior Citizens Entitled to File Appeal Under Senior Citizen Act - 24.02.2021

Madras High Court has held that only senior citizens/ parents are entitled to file an appeal against an order passed by the Tribunal under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007.
