NCLT Benches to Resume Physical Hearing from March 1 - 24.02.2021

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has decided to resume physical hearing of cases filed before it from 1st March, 2021. However, if any party expresses difficulty in physical hearing, he/ she may be permitted to appear via video conferencing.
