NGT Directs NTPC to Pay Compensation for Damaging the Environment - 24.02.2021

National Green Tribunal has upheld the penalty of Rs. 57.96 Lakhs imposed on NTPC Limited on Polluter Pays principle by Uttarakhand Pollution Control Board, for damaging the environment.
