Rajasthan HC Dismisses Plea Seeking Inclusion of Persons with Locomotive Disabilities under PWD Act - 23.02.2021

Rajasthan High Court has dismissed a writ petition seeking a direction to the State Government to include persons with locomotive disabilities and/or hearing impairment under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
