SC Dismisses Plea Against Disciplinary Enquiry for Failure to Consider Parole Applications - 23.02.2021

Supreme Court has dismissed the plea of a Jail Superintendent opposing the decision of the government to initiate departmental enquiry against him for failure to consider applications for pre-mature parole as required by the Bombay High Court.
