Punjab and Haryana HC: Divorce by Mutual Consent Cannot be Nixed - 03.02.2016

Punjab and Haryana HC has held that divorce by mutual consent passed by court could not be annulled by an assertion of any party that the decree was meant to be a sham for facilitating employment in foreign country.
