Madras HC: Amendments Made to Bye-laws for Society Wouldn’t Operate Retrospectively - 23.02.2021

Madras High Court has ruled that amendments made to bye-laws for Society would not operate retrospectively while granting registration under section 12AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
