Karnataka HC: Further Decision on Setting Up Boards and Corporations Subject to Court’s Final Orders - 23.02.2021

Karnataka High Court has said that any further decision by the State Government after setting up of boards and corporations would be subject to Court’s final orders to be passed on the petitions pending adjudication, as the State government failed to submit statement of objections for two months despite grant of sufficient time.
