Kerala High Court Calls K.C. Joseph over Contempt Charges - 03.02.2016

Kerala High Court has directed Minister for Culture K.C. Joseph to appear in person before the court on February 16 to answer criminal contempt of court charges against him for his remarks about a sitting judge who had severely criticised the functioning of the Advocate General and his office.
