Bombay HC: Making Unfounded Allegations Against Spouse to Cause Disturbance at Job is Mental Cruelty - 22.02.2021

Bombay High Court has stated that making of unfounded allegations against the spouse or his/her relatives in the pleadings or making complaints with a view to affect the job of the spouse amounts to causing mental cruelty to the said spouse.
