SC Stays Jim Corbett National Park Director's Order Allowing Private Buses in Tiger Reserve - 19.02.2021

Supreme Court has stayed an order passed by the Director of the Jim Corbett National Park allowing buses of private operators to ply within the core area of the Tiger reserve in Uttarakhand. The Court has issued notice to the Centre, Uttarakhand, National Tiger Conservation Authority, National Board of Wildlife and officials of Jim Corbett National Park and sought their responses.
