Delhi Court Acquits Priya Ramani in MJ Akbar's Criminal Defamation Case - 18.02.2021

Delhi Court has acquitted journalist Priya Ramani in the criminal defamation case filed by former Union Minister MJ Akbar over the "metoo" sexual harassment allegations made by her, observing that a man of social status can also be a sexual harasser and that right of reputation cannot be protected at the cost of right to dignity.
