SC Vacates Madras HC's Order Staying Patta under FRA - 03.02.2016

SC has vacated an interim order of Madras High Court staying issue of patta under Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006 (FRA), based on an application filed by Ministry Tribal Affairs.
