Madras HC Directs Narcotics Control Bureau to Pay Compensation to Petitioner-Accused - 17.02.2021

Madras High Court has directed the Narcotics Control Bureau to pay a compensation of Rs. 1 lakh to the Petitioner-accused noting that the petitioner's right to speedy trial has been infringed.
