Madras HC Refuses Bail to CS Karnan Dismissing Defence of Mental Instability - 17.02.2021

Madras High Court has refused to grant bail to CS Karnan, former High Court judge, in a case relating to uploading of abusive online videos, rejecting Karnan's defence of mental instability and observing that the former Judge had made scathing remarks against Judicial institutions and the Judges with a predetermined mind, fully knowing the consequences of his actions.
