Rajasthan High Court has granted Bollywood filmmaker Prakash Jha protection against coercive against in connection with a First Information Report registered against for offences under Sections 3(1)(R)(S)(U) of Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000.
