Karnataka HC Issues Notice to State on Report About Wakf Property - 16.02.2021

Karnataka High Court has ordered issue of notice to the State government on a Public Interest Litigation petition seeking directions to the government to implement the report on ‘Misuse and disposal of wakf properties’, and to conduct a probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) based on the findings of the report.
