SC Issues Notice in Plea Against Alleged Failure to Publish Criminal Antecedents of Candidates - 15.02.2021

Supreme Court has issued notice to the Chief Election Commissioner and leaders of prominent political parties in a contempt petition filed for alleged failure to publish the criminal antecedents of candidates in the Bihar Assembly elections held in November 2020.
