SC Appoints Committee to Refund PACL Investors - 02.02.2016

SC has appointed a committee under the chairmanship of EX-Chief Justice of India R.M. Lodha, empowering Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to sell assets and refund investors of PACL Ltd.
