CESTAT, Delhi Quashes Order Confirming Demand of Service Under ‘Works Contract’ - 15.02.2021

Customs, Excise, Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Delhi has quashed the order confirming demand of service tax under “works contract” even if levy of service tax was not exempted.
