Rajasthan HC Gives Way to Ring Road Project - 02.02.2016

Rajasthan HC has ordered that farmers whose land was acquired for Ring Road project but its possession was not taken by Government before the new land acquisition law came into force, could either opt for the prevailing market rate or 25% of the developed land.
