J&K HC Quashes Sedition Case Against Elected Councillor of LAHDC - 15.02.2021

Jammu & Kashmir High Court has quashed a sedition case filed against an elected Councillor of LAHDC (Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh) who was accused of making derogatory remarks against the leadership of the Country and against the Armed Forces of the Country.
