SC: Petitioners can File Fresh Cases as Plea on Undertrials Set Aside - 12.02.2021

Supreme Court has set aside a plea seeking direction to State Governments to stop the influx of undertrials to prisons and implement orders of the Apex Court from an earlier case. SC has further asked to file fresh plea with concrete facts.
