SC: Cite Particular Incidents of Authoritarian Extra - 12.02.2021

Supreme Court has requested a gaggle of younger legal professionals, who highlighted the ‘indiscriminate’ arrests of “tens of thousands of petty traders, pedestrians, cyclists” throughout the lockdown, to file a petition mentioning particular incidents of authoritarian extra.
