Gauhati High Court Dismisses NPF Plea - 12.02.2021

Gauhati High Court has dismissed two Interlocutory Applications filed by the NPF- one of the plea sought the court’s intervention in restraining the 7 suspended party legislators from attending the 7th session of the 13th Nagaland Legislative Assembly session.
