SC Refuses to Entertain PIL Seeking Directions to Stop Sale of Counterfeit COVID 19 Vaccine - 11.02.2021

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) petition filed seeking to direct the Central Government to issue under the Disaster Management Act, 2005 to prevent the sale of counterfeit COVID-19 vaccines.
