Punjab & Haryana HC: Need Mechanism to Dispose of Inmates’ Parole Pleas - 11.02.2021

Punjab and Haryana High Court has made it clear that for taking justice to the prison doors, a mechanism was required to be worked out by the State of Punjab for enabling the authorities concerned to visit the jail premises for disposing of parole pleas filed by the inmates.
