SC: Blank Cheque Would Attract Presumption under Section 139 NI Act if Signatures are Admitted - 11.02.2021

Supreme Court has observed that even a blank cheque leaf would attract presumption under Section 139 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 when signatures are admitted by the Accused.
